Help, 1.5F in pain, stomach issues, and limping

Two weeks ago, our 1.5F daughter began intermittently screaming in pain. The bouts were accompanied by a distended hard stomach and she’s developed a limp and refuses to bend over. Her bowel movements became irregular, and after multiple visits to urgent care, we took her to the ER. A scan revealed severe constipation, with her bowels backed up to her colon. Stools have not been hard, and no vomitting.

After a week of Miralax and Ex-Lax, her bowel movements have improved, but the intermittent pain and limp persist. Today, she underwent a barium GI test to check for malrotation and volvulus. The doctor said that nothing appeared abnormal at first glance but needed more time to review the scans.

We’re searching for answers or any input. Our poor girl is not herself. Thanks in advance.
