Can’t pay my target debit card

I just realized a mistake in my bank account from November 2023. During this time my bank was being so weird I think bc I ordered a new card but it wasn’t letting me make transactions. I bought a Nintendo switch with my target debit card and I did see the transaction post so I thought nothing of it until today as I was going through my bank statements I realized the transaction never posted fully. I believe bc my bank was being weird. I can’t find my debit card to get the numbers and I didn’t have an account to pay it as it would just pull straight from my bank account. What should I do? It’s probably accumulated so much interest the switch was like $300. I really thought I paid it bc I did see it come out of my account I guess it was just pending?
