Zotac 4080s vs Asus prime 5070ti

Hey guys, I'm currently building the cheapest 4K build I can afford, and I've narrowed it down to this: the cheapest RTX 4080 Super is the Zotac version, and the cheapest RTX 5070 Ti is the Asus Prime. Both are priced at around $1089 USD. Should I go with the 5070 since it's the newer generation, or does it not matter much as i found someone says the 4080s has a better performance ? (I also found an AMD 9070 XT Asus TUF selling for $900-950 USD, if we can add it to the comparison.) Appreciate if you can help me which should i go for and which cpu should i compine with ?
