I could't buy the Hanami set as a silver rank?

Idk if anyone else can relate, but either something wrong with my Internet connection (buffering too long) or so many people are able to preorder the Hanami set. It got sold out immediately after the ranked schedule date. (so now I got to wait till 3/21st)
