100% GPU spikes after program crashes

Hey everyone,

So I have been having issues with my PC the last couple of days. Programs like Discord, Roblox or Repo have been occasionally crashing and if that happened, my GPU spiked to 100% (but that doesn't happen every time). I freshly installed Windows again so im very concerned about what to do as I already tried common troubleshooting methods.
Specs:

CPU: i7-14700KF

CPU Cooler: be quiet! Pure Rock 2

GPU: Nvidia Geforce RTX 4060 Ti

PSU: be quiet! Straight Power 11 750W

RAM: G.Skill Aegis DDR4-3200Hz

Motherboard: Gigabyte B760 Gaming X DDR4

No overclock, due to clean windows
