racing sim on a budget

i want to buy a racing set up (it would be my first) and i would like it to be from moza but my budget is tight . i saw that the moza R3 goes for 340 usd and i want to know if that is the best set up to get for that value or if i should go to logitech . and if the R3 is the best in that price range could i look for something slightly used or is that a bad idea (reliability wise).
