How do you feel about having a inspection conducted on your construction work?

We oftentimes are requested to conduct inspections for new home constructions. We never really get to know how the builders feel about our presence there; checking on their work on behalf of the buyer.

I thought this poll would help us get some insight to what the general consensus in the construction professional community looks like.
