Looking for advice on future network layout

Hi all! I've recently moved into a large house, and am looking to upgrade the network as my current Deco mesh units just aren't cutting it.

I want to do some future-proofing, while not doing the whole lot to start with, and have had plenty of recommendations of using a unifi system.

My current plan would be to place a UDM-SE in a rack in the Store room, along with three WAPs, probably U6+ or U6Pro. The house is quite large so needs a lot of coverage, and we have an entertaining area out the back that would also require coverage (hence the back left one being closer to the outside walls) I am planning to run Cat6 cable to the WAPs

The house has pre-existing network ports around the property (it was an ex-business) which have various Cat5 or Cat5e cables, so in the future I would be looking to add a managed switch, and reconnect all of these (perhaps upgrading some to Cat6 as well)

Further future-proofing, I will be looking to add a camera system, and being able to add that to the Unifi system easily is a plus towards this initial installation.

Overall, I am looking for advice on the WAP locations; do the three places marked here make sense? Will this potentially provide good coverage in the backyard, or should I look to add an external connection as well, perhaps a AC Outdoor Mesh unit.

I should note the household includes 3 gamers, and 3 people that stream videos, so during the evenings we are peak internet usage, and pay for 1GB internet (Optus here in AUS) that is fed through fibre to a box in the front lounge room.
