I cannot figure this out.

I’ve googled and tried to watch videos but where is Ri’Saad? I’m not sure where to even wait for them at. Online it said Whiterun but I’ve never seen an option to just wait. Please help! I’ve been trying for three days to figure out how to even get the conjurer’s lair.
