Refund from FOLX

Just paid for yearly membership but as per usual, FedEx keeps losing my packages which I'm responsible for paying for-- thank you billionaire CEOs. If it's been less than a month, can I have my membership refunded? Or at the very least send me some binders or something. Really tired of this. I guess if I can't get hormones anymore, it's over. I'm so poor I literally can't waste my life on paying cis therapists to scam me. How do yall cope with these frustrations? I'm wasting my life working for this. It's like 40% of my paychecks. The other $60 is rent. I can't live with myself as a girl. I really can't. I have to go to work but I'm just sitting here sobbing. Fml bro fml. This is why I originally repressed it in the first place. I knew it was just too much to pay for and to cope socially with. I'm so exhausted.
