Well, I'm a dunce. What can I do with two cups of Ranch dressing (besides dress a salad)?

Grabbed a packet of mix and made dressing when I needed dip. Oops. Had a second packet so I got my dip made — but what can I do with 2 cups of homemade Ranch dressing? No salad fixings available. Not sure how long it will last in the fridge. Can I freeze it, use it as a marinade, mix it in a casserole, bake some really weird bread? All ideas welcome.
