$40k OTD on XLE possible?

I recently found out about the Crown Signia and think it would be a great car for my fiancee and I. We are cross-shopping between a new Crown Signia and a used RX 350. I'm usually in the camp that it's better to buy used a few years than new, but the Crown Signia is a rare car that I'm seriously considering buying new.

While I like the V6 in the RX, the updated technology, modern interior, and aesthetic are enough that I'm willing to forego a V6.

Was wondering if $40k OTD would be possible for the XLE trim? Seems like the cars aren't selling that well in the US so I'd like to get a deal on this.
