MISSING TAX STAMP

I bought a can that was advertised on the website as coming with a free tax stamp. I went through the initial review and signed the documents, but then I got an email saying I’m missing a tax stamp. Now I’m just confused. I've reached out already and searched in here if anyone else has had a similiar problem and how they resolved it.
