What are people's overall opinion on SO8s?

Generally online I see people liking them but I knew a social 8 IRL who was either extremely disliked in the workplace or extremely loved. Me personally I liked them a lot. But others reported them to be a narcissist full of "delusions of grandeur" which I did not see personally.

Do certain people not like so8s despite them being the friendliest of all 8s?
