how does the training scheme work in ireland vis a vis grades in medical school? 4/5 year programme student with a 2.8 GPA

not sure if this is the right place to post - but literally have been finding it so difficult to find any informaiton online or from my school.

I currently am on track for a 2.8 GPA - which I know is shockingly low - and know as well that there are very limited jobs in HSE. I'm also an international student who is unable to go back home to train.

how much of your gpa is taken into account for basic specialist training allocations in ireland? is there any hope that I can find a job with a 2.8 GPA?
