Thoughts on working at a Lithia Dealership?

Long story short, I moved 3000 miles away for a SA job that made so many promises, only to get there and see that half the company worth of advisors barely cracks 4k a month. What a joke.

Anyway, got ruined financially and had to move home with family. The ONLY dealers in my area with open positions were purchased by Lithia last year. I’m desperate for money, but I’ve heard horror stories.

Anyone have experience working for them? If they suck that bad I’ll just keep doing instacart til a better place opens lol
