Laptop fan scares the fuck out of me, do I need to go to a repair center?

I have an acer spin 3 I got off ebay, and about 2 days ago, the fan suddenly started rattling, at low speeds it sounds like a fridge, and at high speeds I turn it off with shacking hands hoping that it didnt tear itself or anything else apart. It sounds horrible. Had the machine for about a year now, and this shit is scaring me. I need this fixed asap, im in the middle of my exam month.

I already checked the fan, nothing is broken, I cleaned it, and the fanheader is properly seated.
