Gifts/Gift Baskets

Hello! I am trying to either put together gift baskets (no food/drink) or find a place that has gift baskets for under $40. These are gift baskets for women over 60 (so maybe things like lotion or bath salts? Not really sure, but open to recommendations), and I need about 35 of them. I'm trying to avoid using Amazon, so does anyone have recommendations as to where I can go to source gifts/gift baskets in the least harmful way? This is for work, and I unfortunately don't have a ton of time or resources to go to several different local places to determine pricing or what's in stock. I would preferably like to order something online. Thanks so much for any recommendations!
