quick question as a potential new player

Hi everyone,

I have a question.

So, I wanted to buy the game to play primarily in PvP.

But I noticed that the average number of connected players is 2,000.

Is the game empty? Does it take a long time to launch PvP games?
Should I buy the game or not?
