How annoying is moving 3 preinstalled 120 mm fans from front to top

I'm getting the Antec Flux case for a build for my friend and I'm also getting a the 420 mm Arctic Liquid Freezer 3 as the 360 mm one is like 70 DOLLARS MORE EXPENSIVE FOR SOME REASON. (and yes I want an AIO and not an air cooler)

Anyway the 420 mm radiator only fits in the front. The preinstalled fans on the case are in the front, back and one on the bottom, but not the top. So I want to move to the 3 fans from the front to the top. How much trouble can I expect with the wires catching on things and in general just being a pain in the neck?

Has anyone actually moved the flux fans around that could tell me more about it?
