Can anyone recommend me a good book where the FMC is forced to wear a lavish gown?

Satire

I’m just really struggling to find books with frequent, vivid descriptions of the gorgeous dresses these poor women are forced to wear and look amazing in. I’m talking perfectly tailored, spontaneously appearing, impractical dresses that are very much not the pants we’re frequently reminded they’d much rather be wearing. The land is at war, people are dying, but fabric is as abundant as seamstresses with free time.

Bonus points if they’re forced to bathe, have their hair done, and begrudgingly pick at their three-star-Michelin-restaurant meal for dinner.
