RTX 4060 for $300 Valid?

I currently have a Asus GeForce GTX 1060 3gb and have been looking for an upgrade. I am thinking of buying a "barely used" ASUS GeForce RTX 4060 for $300. Is this worth it? I have been seeing a lot of hate on the 4060 and I don't really know much about PC building.

I mainly play Valorant and Minecraft and use my PC for running Adobe programs.
