NTSC Support on Toshiba 21S23B2?

Hi All,

I am considering buying this TV but Toshiba's in the UK seem like a real hit or miss with regards to NTSC support.

The user manual states the colour system is PAL I but there are sections in the manual that reference NTSC: https://ia904508.us.archive.org/8/items/manual_21S23B2_OM_TOSHIBA_EN/21S23B2_OM_TOSHIBA_EN.pdf

For example:

"EXT COLOUR Adjusting

When connecting external equipment to the TV, the picture may become black and white. This can be corrected by selecting Extension Colour as follows.

1. 1  Press MENU on your remote control. The on screen display will appear.
2. 2  Press P▲ or P▼ to select the EXT COLOUR menu.Press OK to select one of the colour options, AUTO/PAL/ NTSC 4.43/NTSC 3.58."

Would it be safe to assume this set can handle NTSC input?
