Best seeds from Amazon?

I’m looking for some suggestions on seeds. I live in upstate NY. I have purchased seeds from big brands like Burpee before and have had some success but after reading through a lot of people’s posts it seems like this is not the way to go. Are there any reliable and ethical seed companies on Amazon? If not - any seed companies in or near NY that would work well?
