Game keeps crashing during Psychofan quest

I'm currently trying to get into Apt 1702, and no matter if I hack into it at tech20 or try to go through the roof - boom, cyberpunk flatlined. I do have some mods installed, but I don't know if those are the issue or something else. It really sucks though, any advice anyone?
