Kaiser permanente

I’ve been trying to research this for my bf. He’s been on stripes for 7 years and really wants off them. He goes to ideal options in WA state and they offer sublocade, his insurance is thru his work and they cover his subs but the shot has been a huge hassle trying to get. The clinic seems like they are dragging their feet and not really advocating for him. I guess my question is does anyone have this insurance and gotten the shot? Or have any other insight? I know there’s another shot that starts with a B. Maybe we need to just switch to a different clinic or doctor, he’s talked to both his insurance and clinic but they both haven’t given him a definite answer.
