MIT EECS Blank Portal

Hey you guys remember that portal email from mit saying 'this is where your application decision will be released'.

Yeah about that in my case it's completely blank now except for the program name and my address for some reason.

It's past the 'Pi Day' which was expected to release the decision. Anyways at this point it's a reject right? Or there's still hope coz I wasn't even interviewed nor I got any response.
