How fast will nitrate come back After a deep cleaning and water change

(30 Liters ,5 harlequin rasbora,1 Betta 1 nerite snail) So I just siphon the top , clean all the woods and did a 75% water change ,the tank look very clean. I added a lot of new fast growing pants, my question is how fast does the nitrate will build up again for my new and old plants to eat? Do I need to put some extra food for ammonia to build up faster?
