Grad School Options

Hey! I'm looking for some advice if anyone can help.

I got waitlisted at the more affordable/closer schools, and the ones I got into either cost a bit too much or are really far. Now I’m debating my next move. I’d love to work as an audiology assistant or in a hospital for a year, but I’m not sure how easy those jobs are to get. I also need to put down a deposit soon so do I commit just in case, wait it out and see if I get off the waitlist, or skip it all and just work for a year? If anyone has insight, I’d really appreciate it!
