Struggling with my boyfriend’s post about loyalty—need help (22M) (21F)

Me (21F) and my boyfriend (22M) have been together for 2 years. Recently, I found out that he posted online about a situation where he questioned whether he was being “unknowingly disloyal.” He deleted his username, but the post is still up.

In his post, he shared that he found another girl attractive (someone he barely knows but has spoken to once or twice). He admitted to fantasizing about her and even masturbating to the thought of her. He made the post within the last 48 hours, and based on what I heard, many people commented that he was being disloyal and should tell me.
