Colchicine + herbal supplements

Hi! I (33f) am prescribed Colchicine for 3 months for pericarditis. I was on a bunch of herbal supplements for tick-borne illness that hellopharmacist flagged as potential interactions. The only 2 that did not seem to have any interaction were Andrographis and Cryptolepis. Do you think it is safe to take these with Colchicine, or is there not enough research out there? Colchicine had sooo many warnings on it, I'm scared to take anything alongside it, but I can't go 3 months without my Lyme treatment. Any advice is appreciated!
