any one got some idea to fix the problem

so I've made a simple game and I've tried to upload it to Google Play and make the app paid cuz I don't really have the time to put ads and I think ads make the game ugly anyways I've released that Google dose not let me make it paid. anyone got an idea how to fix it I've really appreciate it.
