One Plan with free One Plus promo - Did you get a free line?

I saw a few posts about the recent free line promo but curious why it might not be an option for me? I am on the T-Mobile One plan with the free One Plus promo as well as the insider hookup discount. I have just a single line and have not changed anything at all since signing up. I got the text the other day my bill going up but nothing in the app about a free line. Wondering if anyone on the same plan was able to get the free line and if there is a point in contacting support about it if it's not showing in the app. Thanks
