Driving instructor for anxious drivers

I am a G1 going for a G test, with foreign experience. Does anyone have recommendations for driving instructors for anxious drivers?

FYI I am at downtown.

For context, I had a series of lessons with an instructor who tends to shout and yell and constantly grabbing the steering wheel among other things — my nerves are shot and I had enough. I prefer someone who will not do this.
