Quantitative Trading
Quantitative Trading refers to a securities investment method that uses modern statistical and mathematical methods, leveraging computer technology to conduct trading.
Quantitative trading replaces subjective human judgment with advanced mathematical models, utilizing computer technology to select various "high probability" events from massive historical data to formulate strategies. This reduces the impact of investor emotional fluctuations and avoids irrational investment decisions in extremely enthusiastic or pessimistic market conditions.
The strategy processing logic needs to consider factors such as product selection, timing, position management, and stop-loss/take-profit. It undergoes validation through extensive data simulation testing and mock operations and is subject to certain risk management algorithms for position and fund allocation to achieve risk minimization and profit maximization. After the strategy is realized, it is screened and upgraded through backtesting with historical data and repeated trading verification to select and upgrade high-quality strategies
