Libby

I’m having a hard time checking out books in my library. Everything I try has a waiting list and I’m like #27 or higher. I used to be on Brooklyn library back when they allowed out of state people access for a subscription fee. Much bigger selection and they had lots of mangas. Does anyone use a library out of state? Recommendations? I don’t know if more libraries stopped doing this.
