I cannot stress this enough—DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM REDHOUMY!

Their products barely last a year, and their customer service is atrocious.

My Experience: A Warning

On April 11, 2024 (mark the date), I ordered their Luminous Lux Portable Touch LED Lamp in gray. A few months ago, it stopped working.

On February 4, 2025, I reached out to their customer service. Weeks went by with zero response. I followed up again on February 27th. Finally, on February 28th, I got a reply—a ridiculous email full of useless questions like, “Did you check if the outlet works?”

After jumping through hoops and wasting far too many emails, their final response?

“I’m sorry to hear about the issue with your lamp. Unfortunately, your request does not meet our return and refund policy, and we are unable to process a replacement or refund at this time.”

Translation: Tough luck, sucker.

The Scam Policy

Less than a year of use, and they refuse to refund OR replace the item. That’s not a policy—it’s a scam. A company that doesn’t stand by its products for even a year is one you should NEVER buy from.

The Red Flags Were There

When I originally placed my order, I got no updates, no shipping details, no timeline—nothing. I had to chase them down just to get a vague, canned response about a shipping delay with zero real information.

It took months to even arrive. I should have known then. Believe companies when they show you who they are!

Final Warning: STAY AWAY

Redhoumy is a fraudulent, unprofessional, garbage company selling cheap products that don’t last.
