Has any here bought from bugsincyberspace.com? Are they trustworthy?

I was think of buying 2 ranatras ( https://bugsincyberspace.com/product/ranatra-water-scorpion/ ) from here but I’m just wondering if the guy running this website is trustworthy and if anyone here has bought from him before. He hasn’t responded to my email I send 5 days ago asking about the ranatras (which for me is a warning sign) so wtv but yea anything helps!
