Need help from scorpion enjoyers (HoAg Herald). First time playing this build.

I'm having trouble with keeping up poison on enemy as my poison chance is only 78%. . Now the guy uses herald of purity as well for the 15% PDR from ascendancy and culling strike which is why im using it right now. In maps if there are lots of enemies its fine I can reach max virulence but if there are only 1 or 2 enemies left I can't seem to apply poison to them (I can barely get 20 virulence). Ritual in this case takes 4-5 minutes to complete. I'm thinking of dropping some life (marauder area) for minion accuracy cluster (mine is 66% atm).

I want to keep using svalin for mega block for juiced maps and pinnacle bosses. https://pobb.in/XxOm36XC7APn This is a lvl 94 pob with cluster setup I'm going to add another medium cluster with pure agony, enduring composure cluster and maybe Lone messenger (If I can cap PDR) with darkness enthroned (ignore other gear pieces on this). How can I make this better? I do plan on getting better armour gear. I saw other builds using lancing steel but I don't know if that's better than this. Tips on crafting minion poison jewels would be nice too.
