Joe and TJ

WHy did Andy not get to the "bottom" of what happened between them? He is messy enough to ask them "what exactly happened between you two?" Joe keeps insisting he is not gay and he was drunk and does not remember what happened but the look on TJ's face says TJ remembers. Honestly I am going with Joe had full on sex with TJ, kissing, penetration, the whole thing and TJ took that to mean Joe was into him and capable of having sex with a man.
