Cavities

Hi I am a 17 year old female and I have a dentist appointment this Monday and i'm terrified because I know i have cavities but I am not sure how many. And my dentist office has a whole bunch of new dentists who are young and only a few years older than me and I feel like they are judging me.

I've struggled with brushing and especially flossing my teeth for the past couple years because of mental health issues but I have been getting better at brushing my teeth for the past couple months and now am getting into flossing my teeth.

Another thing is just my mom getting mad at me for having a lot of cavities. Can someone please help console me cause I am so scared for my appointment😭
