Does this girl like me or just being very friendly? (Has boyfriend but flirts?)

Met a girl at the pool. We see each other consistently due to her training for swim meets and me training for an Ironman.

Didn't think of anything much since she did mention she had a boyfriend the first time we ever spoke. Very casual convo/small talk. Went on with my training. Week goes by of us just saying hey or whatsup. She started to initiate conversations but I didnt think of it much since she mentioned she had a boyfriend.

Weeks go by of just in person conversations but the conversations get longer and more personal. I would refrain talking to her until she would stop me and start talking. Got to the point where I would consider that we are now friends so decided to ask for the instagram. When doing so, she says "when I move closer into the city we can hangout outside of the pool." (She lives in a suburb 45 min away but comes into town for work and swims/works out after at the gym near her office)

Decided to invite her out to play some pickleball and got her number. Also not sure if this is important but where we played pickleball was at my parents house. Mainly invited her to play to see if she would draw the line of coming over but nope she pulled up. Randomly sent me game pigeon game and now we have been playing that consistently. Liked an old instagram picture, hearts every story, sends reels, (could just be me reading into this all wrong). Asks me how my run went (no idea how she would know i finished a run at that time unless she stalked my strava), took selfie on my phone one time at the pool while I was swimming. Definitely leaving a lot of in person conversation out also that I would think would be considered flirting.

So i guess my question is that is she like me / flirting with me or just being really friendly?
