Tempest Bell Healing

Hi Monk Player here but new to PoE2 Can someone please explain to me how my Tempest Bell is healing me? i can’t find anything in its description or online about it applying healing. yet every time i strike it with enemies in radius i see my health regen slightly. sorry if this is an obvious answer, google has failed me
