PC Voice chat not working whatsoever, help

I am on PC and I have voice chat in the settings enabled and set to push to talk, volume is on, the correct microphone and headphones are selected, and yet I can not use voice chat at all. I can't even hear my teammates talking in game, like it is completely disabled even though the options have it enabled.

My mic and headphones work in literally everything else without issue. Also, my name in game doesn't show the speaker icon under it which I am assuming shows if you have voice chat enabled. I genuinely need help fixing this, I have tried everything I could find online and none of the fixes have worked.
