Talk me out of buying this guy

I've been stalking this website nearby me for a while now because I've been wanting to set up a betta tank but I haven't had enough money (no source of income). The place looks like a reputable breeder and is just a few suburbs over from me. This guy looks so funny and expressive but the only problem is that he is $60AUD. Talk me out of buying him please
