Stomach Issues after 9 Months

So for context I went on compounded Mounjaro last summer to MASSIVE success. Between the weight I had already lost starting in February of 24 until now I have lost 175 lb (Start weight was 650).

Well my mom passed away a month ago tomorrow and since then I have been sooo sick. My stomach is dumping hardcore. I am eating just a little more than usual but this week I mostly have behaved and it has started up again. It's starts with Sulfer burping and ends with toilet issues for days on end.

I thought this was because I had eaten some fried chicken (it's the south and that's what people bring ... I wasn't thinking) but now it's even wth the foods I always eat.

On 75 units once a week. Thinking of backing it back down to 50 until the stress of dealing with her estate gets better.

Anyone else deal with this?
