I need help with created tournaments

I am trying to create a tournament in Rocket League to stream it and I have everything set up and I click create tournament and it goes to the spinning wheel and says creating tournament and it never does. It let me create 1 this morning but then I tried to create another after the 1st one was done but it wouldn't let me and it has continued to not let me all day.
