Why is my cat doing this?

I’ve had my cat since December and she’s a very vocal girl. However, I notice that she sits in front of this specific spot in front of my bathroom door looking into a distant high window and she will meow constantly at that. Is there any reason for this? There’s nothing specifically over there and it’s usually nighttime when this occurs. Shes about 3 years old and gets plenty of love, attention, and playtime.
