Sky TV - how to escalate complaints
TL;DR looking for the email of Sky's CCO, Ant Dureau
So my mum had Sky TV for years. After my dad died she went to visit family for a while and put her TV on hold for $15 a month. Returned to the house and resumed the old price.
Six months on, she has moved out of the house and is trying to stop her Sky, but apparently was put onto a new contract when she went back to the house and her bill went back to normal. She wasn't told this at the time.
So we have been trying to get Sky to give us an answer by email and phone for two months. We keep being told "I'm not sure what he's done here, I'll have to ask him." and they never call back. Several attempts made, no result.
Apparently we can't escalate this to the TDR because it's about TV not broadband. And we can't get joy out of Sky. So just gettimg frustrated.
I notice their Chief Customer Officer is Ant Dureau, so would like to send an email directly to him, but not sure how the emails work at Sky? Especially as he seems to work in Australia.
Anyone have any alternatives for us? .
