13 month old sick first time

Our little girl just got sick with snotty nose, chest cough, absolutely miserable. Getting up at night 4 or 5 times. Small rash or kankers on her tounge.

Any tips? She's a picky eater on a good day but has a regular cycle of foods. Now can barely get anything into her. She'll do an oz of water a day. If you try and feed her she'll freak out and it ends it all. I've had a bit of luck just letting her eat something mushy and she'll move onto apples or bananas sometimes and take a small drink of water.

All day whining. I just want to help her but ma. It's thrown everything for a loop and it's making me go mental. Were on day 5 tomorrow. I just want her to eat enough and drink. I'm assuming her throat hurts. I think she's teething pretty good as well which adds to it.

We've been rotating tylenol and advil. I don't know. I'm sure we just gotta wait it out. It just sucks 😪
